We understand that life happens, more important things arise, and appointments must be canceled. We value the time and needs of every guest! In an effort to help us provide the best possible service to each and every guest, we ask that if you must cancel your appointment that you do so at least 48 hours in advance! Missed appointments or appointments canceled within the 48 hour window of notice will be subject to a fee of 30% of the service total. No call/No show appointments can and will be charged 100% of the services scheduled and will require deposits for all future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
